Spiritual Direction and Social Justice Coaching
As an interfaith chaplain and Quaker I believe we all have the wisdom of the Divine within us. Using the lens of your own life and your own spiritual language, I provide a sacred and supportive space for you explore your relationship to the Divine/Spirit/God/Higher Power of your understanding.
With a gentle and tender-hearted approach, transformation can happen. Slowly in fits and starts, with slips and falls as well as beautifully integrated times; we learn again and again to surrender to the possibilities of this moment. As a mystic and an artist, I listen deeply and nourish a creative, curious and collaborative space.
Furthermore, I am interested in helping you explore, at your own pace, the intersection of spirituality and social justice in your life. We all carry the pain of living in this unjust society. Knowing this, I seek to support you in building a spiritual life that buffers you from systemic oppressive conditioning and guides you towards living more fully into your divinely authentic self.
Currently living in Western MA, I offer virtual individual and group spiritual direction, art as a spiritual practice, social justice coaching and anti-racist/anti-oppressive education. I am a member of the Religious Society of Friends (Quaker) and have earned both a Master’s in Education and a Master’s in Divinity.
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
